The "HOPPER" is an individual event. Athletes will know what movements are placed in the Hopper ahead of time but they will not know what might be pulled when it's game time.

 

Workouts will be pulled and written with enough time for athletes to warm up.

Individuals only. One Male and One Female Division.

Movements to be placed in the Hopper may include DB Movements 50/35# Pull Up TTB Sandbag Work (100/75#) KB Work (53/35#) Barbell Cycling (100/70#)
